The 2 barn double rooms, each have a queen size bed, dressed in 100% cotton linen.

Both rooms are located on the ground level of our historical sandstone stables, each room has a large window, making them light and airy.

The rooms are fitted with wardrobe space, a shower en-suite with basin and a toilet. Air-conditioning, flat screen TV and a coffee station to add more comfort to the rooms.

There is a small table and chairs outside each room, overlooking the swimming pool where guests can relax whilst using the complimentary wifi.

Great welcome from hosts who go far beyond the call of duty to ensure you have a good time. Travelling with friend to watch cricket we loved every minute of our stay and especially our chats with the hosts who know both South Africa and the local area so well. By far the best place to stay in Oudtshoorn......blends beautifully the best bits of home and hotel. Very comfortable rooms and brilliant breakfast. Top star rating fully deserved.

It felt like we were staying with friends

Although we only stayed two nights it felt like we were staying with old friends. From the first encounter Magda and Christo were warm and friendly. You felt they genuinely enjoyed having us as their guests. This being our first trip to South Africa we appreciated the opportunity to chat and get their perspective on life in South Africa. and its future. They helped us plan our visit to their area and treated us to a glass of local wine. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf. I was impressed by their laundry service that was very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast options were available. The food was fresh and nicely presented. Overall it was a memorable stay and we look forward to returning on our next trip to South Africa.
